Introduction
At DufizoLungies, we value long-term relationships with our partners. To maintain fairness, we have outlined a clear returns and refunds policy that ensures transparency and accountability in rare cases where products are defective or damaged.

Eligibility for Returns
Partners must notify us within seven (7) days of delivery if they wish to return or claim a refund. Claims must be supported by order details, batch numbers where possible, and photographic or video evidence of the issue.

Types of Resolutions
UDepending on the claim, we may offer: Replacement shipments for defective goods, Partial refunds or credit notes for shortages or specific defects, Full refunds in cases of severe product issues across an entire order

Non-Returnable Items
Products that are customized, branded, or private-labeled (e.g., with embroidery or printing) cannot be returned unless proven defective. Claims caused by mishandling after delivery are also not eligible.

Return process and logistics
If a return is approved, we will guide you through the process. In most cases, Dufizo will arrange pickup of defective goods. If the issue is found to be on our side, return shipping costs will be borne by us. For cases linked to partner negligence, the costs of return will be charged to the partner.

Inspection and assessment
All returned goods undergo inspection by our quality team. Only after inspection is completed will refunds or replacements be authorized. This ensures fair treatment for both sides.

Refund timelines
Refunds are typically processed within 7–14 business days after approval. Payments are made through the same channel as the original transaction unless otherwise agreed.

Additional Guidelines
• Claims raised without proper documentation may be rejected, Repeated unjustified claims may affect future partnership terms, In case of disputes, an independent assessor may be appointed for inspection.
