1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions define the professional relationship between DufizoLungiesand its partners. By working with us, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these terms, ensuring a smooth and transparent collaboration.

2. Orders & Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)
“Buyer” means the individual, company or entity purchasing products from Neloz Distribution. “Seller” or “Neloz” refers to Neloz Distribution/Neloz Limited. “Goods” refers to the products supplied under these terms which include garments, bags, footwear and home textiles.All orders must meet our MOQ of 3000 pieces. This ensures consistency, efficient production, and fair pricing structures. Orders below this limit will not be processed unless a special written agreement is reached.

Pricing & Payments
Prices quoted exclude taxes, shipping, and duties unless otherwise specified. Payments must be made as per agreed terms in the quotation. Dufizo reserves the right to pause or cancel orders if payments are delayed. Advance payments may be required for new partners.

4. Delivery & Logistics
Standard lead times are between 7 to 21 business days. While we aim to meet committed timelines, delays may occur due to logistics partners, customs, or force majeure events. Dufizo will communicate proactively about any expected delays.

5. Intellectual Property
All rights relating to the Dufizo brand, logos, product images, and written content belong solely to DufizoLungies. Unauthorized reproduction or misuse is strictly prohibited.

Quality & Inspection
Every product undergoes quality checks before dispatch. Partners are expected to inspect goods upon delivery. Claims regarding defects must be reported within seven (7) days with supporting evidence.

7. Liability Limitations
Our liability is limited to the value of the specific order. Dufizo is not responsible for indirect losses, lost sales, or damages arising from delays or third-party mishandling.

8. Returns & Refunds
Products are subject to our Returns & Refunds policy, which ensures fairness for both parties. Customized or private-labeled items are non-returnable unless found defective.

9. Termination of Agreement
Dufizo reserves the right to terminate agreements if a partner violates terms, engages in fraudulent activities, or misuses the Dufizo brand identity.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Indian law, and any disputes fall under the jurisdiction of Delhi courts. By partnering with Dufizo, you agree to a professional and mutually beneficial relationship built on trust, clarity, and fairness.
